Price Negotiating

SNAC will do it's best to sell your boat at our agreed upon price. From time to time, using our best judgement, we may need to reduce the price (no more than 10% less than agreed upon price) in order to close a sale. If this is acceptable to you, please check the box below.

Is this acceptable to you?

YES ---No, SNAC may NOT lower the sales price.

Boat Displaying and Storage

SNAC is not obligated to display your boat in store at all times, but may advertise it in store, on the Internet, at shows, in sale brochures or catalogs, and any other means SNAC deems necessary to sell the boat.

SNAC may store your boat off-site if necessary, but will try to notify you via email if your boat is transferred to our off-site storage location.

When your boat is on-site, it will be stored with SNAC's other demo boats, outside, cabled and locked to a rack at all times. I understand that although SNAC has never lost a boat to theft, SNAC is not responsible for theft.

Used Boat Demoing

SNAC encourages qualified customers who are serious about purchasing a used kayak or canoe from us to demo the boat they are interested in (for one hour at a local lake, five minutes from our store). This has been a very successful way to close many sales at SNAC.

Note: Your boat will never be rented as part of the SNAC Rental fleet. Qualified customers will demo your boat only if you agree below.

Would your boat be available to demo?

YES ---No, boat may not be paddled
