Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your gear. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help—within the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt)
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged in person only. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion
Online Purchases
Online orders may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, you cover the cost to ship the item back to us. We cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you (within the continental U.S.). Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Used, worn, or altered items, Clearance or final sale items, Gift Cards, Safety equipment including helmets, harnesses, avalanche gear, etc.
Condition & Inspection
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components may be:
Returned to the customer at their expense, or
Subject to a partial refund at our discretion
Refund Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
